Hello! My name is Tracy, and welcome to Rose Therapy and Counseling!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Maryland. I am passionate about helping my clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief in order to tap into inner healing and making meaningful change.

I am culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. Part of my goal is to have a safe space for helping others in processing inter-generational and cultural related issues and trauma, amongst other stressors. Examples of inter-generational and cultural related trauma may include: enmeshment, avoidant or insecure attachment styles, feelings of guilt and resentment, grief, or perceived toxic pressure to achieve or attain success. These things are just a few of the things that we might touch on in our time together. Other things we may work on may include: relationship conflict, women's issues, managing stress, healthy thinking, and managing/maintaining your wellness.

Our sessions will be dedicated to help you explore some of your inner-most feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Along with feeling more compassion for yourself and security in your own skin, I hope to help you get closer to the healing that you have been looking for.

It is a big choice to decide to connect for therapy, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you work through some of the complex issues and stressors in your life. Now accepting clients on a waitlist.
